Being an actual factory in Honduras allows us to go above and beyond labor laws and emissions compliance laws, positively affecting people, communities and the environment. We pay workers well above average wages while offering retirement and college fund contributions. Quality of life is also enhanced with 3 months paid maternity leave, two weeks vacation, holiday parties and health fairs.
